New Pure Storage AI and Cyber Resilience Features

Pure Storage has unveiled a series of significant enhancements to its platform, aimed at bolstering AI deployment, cyber resilience, and application modernization for its users. The key update is the introduction of Pure Fusion, a pioneering storage automation technology designed to streamline storage management across both structured and unstructured data, on-premises, and in the cloud. This advancement will be accessible to all global customers, including managed service providers (MSPs).
Additionally, Pure Storage is launching a generative AI copilot for storage management, leveraging data insights from a vast customer base to preempt security issues and assist storage teams in resolving complex performance challenges. The platform promises agility and risk reduction through a consistent storage architecture that facilitates continuous, non-disruptive upgrades, and adheres to stringent service level agreements.
A notable feature is the new Evergreen One site rebalance SLA, which offers flexibility in reassigning storage capacity across different sites annually, appealing to both MSPs and end-users. Other innovations include a new storage-as-a-service option for AI workloads, guaranteeing storage performance for GPUs, and secure application workspaces that ensure automated AI access while maintaining security and control.
Pure Storage is also expanding its AI capabilities with an impending Nvidea DGX SuperPOD certification, expected by year-end, to support enterprises in scaling AI workloads. Furthermore, the company has enhanced its cyber resilience offerings with SafeMode for ransomware recovery and an upgraded cyber recovery and resilience SLA, now inclusive of disaster recovery provisions.
