Together, they’re putting a spotlight on North East Lincolnshire’s appeal as a place to live and work, emphasizing affordable housing, with the average family home priced at £151,000 compared to £286,000 in wider England, and lower rental costs averaging £565. The area also boasts a high standard of education, with 87 per cent of schools rated as “outstanding” or “good” by Ofsted.
Cllr Philip Jackson, leader of North East Lincolnshire Council, highlighted the region’s need to attract skilled individuals to foster growth, praising its combination of coastal beauty, countryside, and business opportunities. The campaign also features an eye-catching “Love” branding for North East Lincolnshire, complete with digital and physical “postcards” that celebrate the area’s positives.
