TikTok has introduced new artificial intelligence (AI)-powered tools to help users create content. The features include a virtual assistant named Symphony Assistant, a video creation tool called Symphony Creative Studio, and digital avatars. Symphony Assistant, which functions like a chatbot, can provide information on TikTok trends and best practices and is available in multiple languages. The Symphony Creative Studio allows users to quickly turn text into videos and includes pre-built and custom digital avatars known as Symphony Digital Avatars. These avatars are based on real individuals who were compensated for their likenesses. All AI-generated content will be clearly labeled for transparency. This move places TikTok among the latest tech companies to adopt AI-driven innovations.
